Customs fees
If your shipping address is located within the European Union, you will not pay any customs fees.

If your shipping address is located in the United States, you will not pay any customs fees for purchases under 800 USD. 

If your shipping address is located in the UAE, you will not pay any customs fees - customs fees are paid by us in advance. 

If your shipping address is located somewhere else, please learn about the regulations in your country.

Customs fees may apply on purchases outside the European Union, for which the customer is responsible. Refusing to pay these fees will result in the order being returned to us. In such cases, the buyer will receive a refund of 80% of the order value, while the remaining 20% will be used to cover administrative fees, service fees, packaging costs and to compensate our time. Please note that returns will not be accepted if they are based on unpaid import fees.

Unclaimed shipments 
If a shipment is not claimed by the customer and returned to Treasures, we will contact the customer and try to find a solution. If the shipment is shipped again, customer must pay for the shipping fee. If the customer does not respond we will refund the customer 80% of the order value, while the remaining 20% will be used to cover administrative fees, service fees, packaging costs and to compensate our time. Please note that returns will not be accepted if they are based on unpaid import fees.
